Accessible 24/7/365, giving you and your resident’s each specifically controlled access to account(s) information, with rich reporting features. Each account is set up following the utility billing requirements and local municipalities fee(s) structures of your region, which are verified annually by Midway Utilities Billing.
Our Customer Services department is a fully staffed, in house call center with bi-lingual (Spanish/English) personnel who are trained to handle any issue. Our state of art "call aware" infrastructure allows Midway to maintain the highest level of integrity and service to your residents.
We continue to work diligently to control our costs, to minimize service fees to the residents and property management. Midway offers many “convenience services” for your residents to submit payments. All convenience services are handled by secure third party providers who are highly ranked in the industry, and maintain the highest integrity to personal information. Payment options to include, but are not limited to, Online Credit Card, Check, ACH, or Bank Drafting.
Should the need for collections arise, Midway has an in - house, multi-tier collection process as our first communication of past due balances. Should further action be deemed necessary, Management has the option to allow Midway to provide the account information to an ACA-Accredited Collection Bureau, that is able to verify the accounts against the NCOA database and Acollaid Skip Tracing.
